Beauty standards definitely impact how a person experiences life. I have been “natural” my whole life and I still struggle maintaining the confidence I have when wearing wigs vs my coils especially, since my hair is in the awkward phase; not short or long. I honestly don't think that the company could have given you a rase bc their prices aren't that high, they have overhead costs, rent, products, they don't have a ton of retail to sell, so how could they make more money to pay you, since they want to make money themselves. It's a great starting point I think for learning lashes. I could be wrong about them not being able to pay you more, my parents had their own business for 27 years so I hear and learned a lot from them. I think also if the business can learn to manage their money thy can pay their staff more and then they will stay and work HARDER for that company that feeds them back <3 loved your video, thank you so much for sharing, I'm a former ALS employee as well. : )
